Black & Chic

I'm always looking for a good sale. It's not that I mind buying things full-price but shopping is so much more fun when you can find a good steal. It's like a challenge! ha.

This off-the-shoulder blazer from Nordstrom was 40 percent off if I recall. Although off-the-shoulder is considered a 'trend,' it's one that I've been wearing for years before it came back in style. And I'm sure I'll continue to rock it after it goes 'out of style.' Why? I'm not crazy about much of my body but I do LOVE my shoulders lol. It's silly but I get compliments on my shoulder structure/bones (is that a thing)?

My mother says black is not my color but yes mom, it is.

The off-the-shoulder Blazer is by Trouve. Find HERE.

My zipper Michael Jackson pants are from ZARA. I bought them a few years back and they're still the best.

REDS

I am LOVING vibrant reds. And it looks like it's the color to be in right now.

I've always loved a good red dress, especially for work because it pops on TV but I'm trying to incorporate more bold reds into my everyday wardrobe. I just found a gorgeous red Nicholas skirt (coming soon) at Neiman Marcus Last Call. And I also found this Rag & Bone sweater at a STEAL.

So, I got it from TJ Maxx of all places! I love the 'Runway' section of the store. And that's where I scooped this heavy, knit sweater. I mean, I LOVE it. I'm going to Quebec so soon and this will be perfect for it.

The gold button detail is so cute. It says Rag & Bone on each one.

This red purse is from Neiman Marcus Last Call (love that place). And this skirt, that I wear on repeat, is Free People.

Shoes are Steve Madden. I do love these booties but OUCHIE - they hurt =(

CAMO

OKAY. I know I always say "I live in this" but it really holds true with this camo dress. I wear it so often because it is so easy and so versatile. It is one of my best buys of the season.

White purse is Tory Burch.

See how easy it is to make this simple dress more stylish? I get so many compliments on it. And honestly, I wear this dress way more with my UGGs or converse shoes.

OH EM GEEEEEZZ

I just wrote an entire blog post and hit delete - so THAT'S COOL!!

Good thing I'm just eating leftover Halloween candy and watching Dateline so I have time to re-do. ANNOYING!

Let's try this again, shall we?!

This look - shot by Viva Lux Photography - is one of my favorites. It's a fairly cheap, just-about everyday outfit lol. By that I mean, you can wear each piece a million times so each items is well worth the purchase.

The sweater is from H&M, which I've found has A LOT of great sweaters right now. And they're all well-priced. I love this one because it's bright and somewhat oversized. (I'm wearing it right now actually!)

How beautiful is Midtown by the Fox Theatre?

The skirt is Free People - I think like $60. It comes in just about every color. I've already worn it several times so definitely a good buy.

I've had my eyes on these Loeffler Randall shoes for a while. I finally pulled the trigger and bought them. They are no doubt, statement shoes. People stare at them. I get lots of compliments. They're so fun and can be worn in all seasons (here in Georgia, anyway)
